6. Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose is art. 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the perfor-mance of a contractual relationship, art. 6 (1) 1 lit. b) GDPR forms the necessary legal basis. If our company is subject to a legal obligation that requires the processing of personal data, such as in the area of tax law, the processing is based on art. 6 (1) lit. c) GDPR.
Under certain circumstances, the processing of personal data may become necessary to protect the vital interests of the data subject or of another natural person. In this case, art. 6 (1) lit. d) GDPR would be the legal basis for the processing.

7. Deletion or blocking of data
We adhere to the principles of data avoidance and data economy. We therefore only store your personal data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned here or as long as the various storage periods provided for by the legislator provide. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons who are involved in processing your application.
If your job application should result in your recruitment, the data you have submitted will be archived on the grounds of § 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship in our data processing system.
If the application is successful, the data you submit will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of Section 26 of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship.
